Why is a Pre-Recorded Video Required?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

IMC19 will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing presenters to participate either in person or virtually. To ensure uninterrupted sessions in the event of internet connectivity issues, power failures, or other technical challenges, all presenters are required to submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recording will only be used as a backup if the presenter is unable to present live or if technical difficulties occur during the conference. This practice is widely used in hybrid international conferences to ensure smooth session delivery.

    How to Record Your Presentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Method 1: Microsoft PowerPoint (Recommended)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
