Registration and Getting Visa

Registration for Virtual Participation

1. Click on Registration for Virtual Participation.
2. Complete the Google Form. At the end of the form, you will be directed to the bank payment details.
3. Pay the registration fee of USD 50 and save a screenshot or receipt of your transaction for your records.
4. Once you submit the form, your name will automatically be added to the conference registration list.

Registration for In-Person Participation

1. Click on Registration for In-Person Participation.
2. Complete the Google Form. At the end of the form, you will be directed to the bank payment details.
3. Pay the registration fee of USD 250 and save a screenshot or receipt of your transaction for your records.
4. Once you submit the form, your name will automatically be added to the conference registration list.
5. If you would like information about hotel accommodations, you may view the available options under the Information tab/menu at the top of the website before or after completing the registration form.
6. If you require hotel accommodations arranged by the organizers, please select “Yes” in the Google Form.
7. If you prefer to arrange your own accommodations, please select “No” in the Google Form.

For Authors, Whose Papers Have Been Accepted

If your paper has been accepted for presentation, please follow the appropriate registration process above based on whether you will:

• Attend and present in person in Ahmedabad, India; you will need to pay the fees
• You will be exempted from Conference Fees if you  present virtually,

 For Visa Purposes:

Thank you for your interest in attending the conference in India. Please review the following information regarding visa requirements:

1. Please visit the “Visa to India” page on our conference website for detailed information and guidance.
2. If you are a citizen of a country that is eligible for a Visa on Arrival, you may use that option to enter India.
3. If your country is eligible for the e-Visa (online visa application) facility, we encourage you to apply through the online portal.
4. The following countries fall under India’s Prior Reference Category: Afghanistan, China, Iraq, Pakistan, and Sudan. Since visa processing for nationals of these countries generally involves a lengthy procedure, we strongly encourage participants from these countries to consider attending the conference and making presentations through the online platform.
5. For most participants, obtaining an Indian Visitor Visa is the simplest option. We recommend applying either through your local travel agent or online, depending on the procedures applicable in your country of residence. In addition to standard documents such as your passport and proof of residence, you may also need to provide proof of hotel accommodation. You may book one of the hotels recommended by the conference organizers or make your own reservation through any reputable online hotel booking platform.
